We also use a flatlock sewing machine, typically used for activewear, to create low-profile seams that lie flat from the start. And on top of all that, we use the softest thread we could find.

• You will get 30 days to use your credit.
• You do not need to return the worn undies.
• The credit can only be used on adult undies of a different size. It is not transferrable to kid sizes.

• You have 14 days from date of purchase to request a credit.
